drenovixa.top provides restaurant point-of-sale (POS) integration services that connect restaurant management systems with delivery platforms. Our services include platform connectivity, menu synchronisation, order management, analytics and reporting, and technical support.
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of our services at any time with reasonable notice to our customers.
When using our services, you agree to provide accurate and complete information, maintain the security of your account credentials, comply with all applicable laws and regulations, not use our services for any unlawful or unauthorised purpose, and not interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of our services.
You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account and for ensuring that your use of our services complies with these terms.
Payment terms for our services will be specified in your service agreement. All fees are due and payable in accordance with the payment schedule outlined in your contract. Late payments may result in service suspension and additional charges.
All prices are stated in Euros (EUR) and are exclusive of applicable taxes unless otherwise specified.
The drenovixa.top website and services, including all content, features, and functionality, are owned by drenovixa.top AS and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, publicly perform, republish, download, store, or transmit any of our material without our prior written consent.
We are committed to protecting your privacy and personal data in accordance with applicable data protection laws, including the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). Our total liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to these terms or our services shall not exceed the amount paid by you to drenovixa.top in the twelve months preceding the claim.
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless drenovixa.top AS and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses arising out of or in any way connected with your use of our services or violation of these terms.
Either party may terminate the service agreement in accordance with the termination provisions specified in your contract. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to our services immediately if you violate these terms or engage in any conduct that we deem harmful to our business or other users.
Upon termination, your right to use our services will cease immediately, and we may delete your account and all related data.
These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Norway, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising under these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Norwegian courts.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. We will notify you of any material changes by posting the updated terms on our website with a new "last updated" date. Your continued use of our services after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new terms.
If any provision of these Terms of Service is held to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect. The invalid or unenforceable provision will be replaced with a valid provision that most closely matches the intent of the original provision.
These Terms of Service, together with our Privacy Policy and any service agreements you enter into with us, constitute the entire agreement between you and drenovixa.top AS regarding your use of our services.
